Temascal

You can enjoy a wonderful Temascal experience just 10 minutes outside of Antigua.

The traditional temascal ceremony offers a deep cleanse for your lymphatic system, with the added energetic benefits of cleansing your aura, your energy body and your heart.

We use natural elements like mud, cacao, honey combined with breath work and deep meditation in order to create an elevated space that will facilitate the flow of energy and emotions
